By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services
Focus Art Gallery offers and curates original artworks, contemporary artworks, paintings, prints, photographs, sculptures, limited-edition works, bespoke framing, exhibitions, shows, and related art services.
Individual artworks may vary in colour, texture, finish, size, and appearance due to their materials, artistic techniques, photography, lighting, and screen display.
3. Artwork Availability
Many artworks offered by Focus Art Gallery are unique or available in limited quantities.
Artwork displayed on the website may become unavailable without prior notice. Website display does not guarantee availability or constitute a binding offer to sell.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping, framing, installation, customs duties, import duties, taxes, and other applicable charges may be additional.
The applicable final price will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
5. Orders & Payment
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and the Gallery has confirmed the order.
Focus Art Gallery may decline an order where an artwork is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or description, payment cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, or circumstances beyond the Gallery's reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
6. No Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
This applies to artworks, prints, limited editions, bespoke framing, customised orders, and other specially reserved or prepared items.
This provision is subject to any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
7. No Refund Except Where the Gallery Is at Fault
Focus Art Gallery does not ordinarily provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or circumstances attributable to the customer.
A refund, replacement, repair, or other appropriate remedy may be considered where the issue is demonstrably attributable to Focus Art Gallery, subject to verification and applicable law.

8. Bespoke Framing
Bespoke framing is produced according to the customer's approved specifications.
Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or changed because of a change in preference.
Customers are responsible for approving the framing specifications before production.
Where an error is attributable to Focus Art Gallery, the Gallery will review the matter and determine an appropriate remedy.
9. Shipping & International Orders
Focus Art Gallery offers domestic and international shipping where legally permissible.
For international orders, all applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import duties, taxes, clearance charges, insurance, and destination-country fees are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and import of the artwork complies with the laws of the destination country.

10. Copyright & Reproduction
Purchasing an artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, copyright remains with the relevant artist or copyright holder.
Artwork images, website content, photographs, logos, and other protected materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.
11. Website Use
The website may be used only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, or reproduce protected website content without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services including payment gateways, courier providers, logistics companies, technology providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and other service providers.
Such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Focus Art Gallery is not responsible for failures or delays caused by third parties beyond the Gallery's reasonable control.

Focus Art Gallery will take reasonable care in providing its services and fulfilling orders.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Gallery will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including customs restrictions, courier delays, natural events, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Force Majeure
Focus Art Gallery shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
